A Note From The Editor

A lot of new articles are up on the Digital Photo Web for you to read. Like I hope you realize - my interest vary from digital photography, web technology, marketing and more :)

My web building efforts are gradually getting more targeted and to celebrate and just because we want to enjoy life, me and my wife are heading for a cruise on the Carribean Ocean next January. The cruise is organized by our strategic web building company SiteSell. I will post up the story when we get back.

ICELANDAIR and JPV publishers are to sponsor the launch of IceAid on September 1st 2007 with an exhibition at Art Iceland Reykjavik. Proceeds from the exhibition will be used by IceAid to fund the ongoing rehabilitation of orphanages in Liberia.

Night Photograph Wins Award
A night photograph by John Vias titled "Large Boat Winch" earned a Juror Award in the Joyce Gordon Gallery's "Glimpses in Time" exhibition, which runs August 1-31, 2007. The gallery will host a reception in Oakland, California, on Friday, August 3, 4:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
